I purchased a 5x8 ft trailer from Trailer Leader, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Charlie Parsons was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and helped me get the best setup for my situation, without any pressure. What really stood out was his attention to detail—he made sure everything was right and that we were completely satisfied before we left. On top of that, he was great with my kids and made them feel welcome, which says a lot about the kind of person he is. INSANELY GOOD I had a long drive coming up and needed a trailer to haul a few items. I called and got prices for what I was looking for, and then came down to the location to see them, asked about getting tie downs installed and they were more than happy to accommodate with the manufacturer to get them done. To put this into perspective, I showed up late on a Thursday, had the trailer hooked to my truck by 0900 the next morning on the way to get the tie downs installed. All said and done, took about 2 hours to get that completed and I was loaded and ready to go. I am currently in Oregon on my way to Fairbanks Alaska and the trailer has been incredible the whole way. I highly recommend these folks. They offer the best customer service I have ever seen. I researched weeks for the right trailer for the right price. Everything I found was overpriced and black. I own a red truck, so I want a red trailer. I had it narrowed down to two places. I contacted Trailer leader first only find that the trailer I wanted was out of stock. The young lady I chatted with said they would gladly order me what I wanted. Long story short, 2 weeks later I have a red trailer. They priced it perfectly. I never called the other guys. 🤷🏻‍♂️ If you want a great product along with great customer service hit up these folks. Keep your money local and help the little guys. If you're ever in need of a GREAT trailer at a GREAT price with GREAT customer service then Trailer Leader in Cleburne should be your Go To without a doubt. I had been wanting an enclosed trailer for a while and after countless hours of shopping around and research, I decided to give Trailer Leader a shout. Cecil and the ladies in the office were great and super helpful. They made the purchasing process a breeze and had everything ready to go when I arrived. Super nice, helpful, and all around great group of people that make you feel like family. Will definitely buy from them again in the future. No joke, they go out of their way for their customers. Not only was the price great. But I ordered a custom trailer, that they were able to make and get me. A width mistake was made, but it was handled and fixed appropriately. This was after I had paid and got home and figured it out later too. The trailer looks great and pulls great! I always say, it’s easy to leave a good review after an easy sale experience. However, the best good reviews come from when a mistake happens and it’s STILL a great experience. They handled it professionally and got me exactly what I needed. Do yourself a favor, buy a trailer here if you’re in need of one. ~ Justin T

The family at Trailer Leader is amazing! They all are such a wonderful group of people. They go above and beyond for their customers. I wanted to surprise my husband at Christmas(which is hard to come up with ideas) so I went down there and they listened to what i needed. On Christmas Eve they came and delivered it with huge bows on the trailer and they were wearing Christmas hats. My husband was shocked and excited, it was the best experience and the trailer is wonderful. He couldn’t wait to send pics to his family and friends! Awesome experience Charlie went out of way to make a sale. I drove all the way from Corpus Christi Tx because it was a great deal. He stayed over after hours to accommodate me and is very knowledgeable and professional. He is not high pressure salesman. Trailer was pulled out and ready. Paperwork was completed quickly and I was back on the road. This place is easy to find and just outside the big city, so traffic is a whole lot better than Fort Worth. I have bought 2 trailers from Cecil so far.I live in west texas ..He beat all the trailer dealership prices around her by alot..I was willing to drive 260 miles one way just to save money..The trailers I bought from Cecil are high quality, and very well built. His family are very kind, and helpful. They got me in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes and we were back on the road. Very friendly and easy to do business with them. They were more than happy to answer any and all questions I had and even to verify. My trailer was built and came in a week ahead of schedule which made things much easier for me and my time schedule while planning a long trip. Highly recommend you at a minimum check them out if your in the market for a quality built trailer at a good price. I recently bought a gooseneck trailer for our spray foam insulation company. I had called several companies and it was either out of stock or to pay full price and wait 3 months to get it built. From the first time I spoke with Cheyenne and her daughter they were both super helpful. We had a black custom gooseneck trailer built in 3 weeks and the process was so smooth. We drove from Lubbock to Cleburne to buy a trailer at another location and after keeping in touch with them and making the trip, it was a big disappointment. Trailer Leader is the first place you should look when in the market for a trailer. This is a family run operation so you are not dealing with some employee who doesn't care about his job. Last year after looking at several used trailers and other new trailer dealerships, I found the best deal on a new 16' cargo trailer at Trailer Leader. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of everything down to the last detail. The whole transaction was pleasant and smooth. The trailer was very well built with nice quality. Then, just yesterday, I found myself in need of a 16' car hauler trailer. I shopped several other dealers. The other dealers didn't even carry a 16' car hauler. It would have to be special ordered. I found the best deal on a solid, well built car hauler in stock at Trailer Leader. Once again they took care of every detail including making sure the air pressure was correct in each tire and replacing a defective bearing cover. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I bought a new 16 foot bumper pull trailer from Trailer Leader and they were fantastic. They had the trailer ready for me when I got there, and all the paperwork was ready as well.
